About the course

AMACE's jiu-jitsu is for children, young people and adults who want to practice a martial art that works both body and mind. More than self-defense, the mat teaches discipline, respect and confidence.

What the classes are like

Classes start with a warm-up and mobility exercises, then move on to positions, takedowns, sweeps and submissions, always in a gradual and safe way. Partner training lets each student learn at their own pace, with the teacher correcting up close.

Structure

The course is ongoing, with hands-on classes on the mat. The days and times for each class are announced when enrollment opens. To start, all you need is comfortable clothing.

Who teaches

Michel teaches jiu-jitsu at AMACE. On the mat, he teaches technique with firmness and care and uses the sport to shape more confident athletes and citizens.
